If you have lived in a village which is surrounded by lot of trees you must have observed a unique experience of nature suddenly going into a silent mode. Even if there are many birds on the trees and there is a slow breeze gently touching the trees the whole environment looks like it is drenched in dead silence.
In our daily life too, we may be physically energized to do a lot of activities. But there some moments where our body feels deep inside it is longing for a silence and solitude. It looks like moment of non-co-operation of the body and mind. In those situations, we need to allow our selves to provide that space to the mind as trees does to the breeze. It is only when we are aligned to body and mind that we can do wonders in life.
